Tournament Play or Friendly Tour?
This is a personal preference. Tournaments afford the opportunity to compete in an international event and can create a real buzz of excitement. Matches are however limited ot the teams that enter the tournament so be realistic when assessing the strength of your team. Firendly tours involving Individual friendly matches however can be arranged specifically to provide suitable opposition for the level of your team. These types of tours also allow for more structured sightseeing and touring opportunities.

How many people do you expect to travel in your group?
We encourage parents and siblings to join players on tour (subject to the nature of the team travelling) to make it a real family vacation. Generally speaking larger groups can also provide for more affordable travel as the major expenses such as buses for example can be spread among a larger number of people. Before committing to travelling it is always adisable to make sure everyone is aware of an exact itinerary and is familiar with the overall goal and objectives of the tour.

We’ll help you make sure every aspect of your tour is exactly as you want it. Includes a summary of all costs, inclusions, exclusions, payment and cancellation schedules and all other relevant terms and conditions. Make sure everyone understand the procedures and expectations prior to tour departure.

Make initial Deposit Payments:
This will officially schedule your tour. Each person traveling will complete a Family Deposit Form from which an official group roster will be compiled. Our online tour account facility will allow your Tour Manager access to up to date information for all players, parents & coaches. After deposit all families will recieve Post Deposit Information Packs, including Prize Draw Fundraiser Tickets (see below), personalized payment plan and all other tour documents and required paperwork.
