Global Team Travel Fundraising Details, Rules & Regulations

Global Team Travel are committed to making your trip a truly memorable and affordable travel experience. To help fund the cost of each trip, we offer the players the opportunity to raise up to 100% of their tour costs.

Each player is issued up to 250 Grand Prize Draw tickets with the potential to raise $10 per ticket in donations or $2500 total. Global Team Travel provide the tickets & prizes FREE!

Books of fundraising tickets for each player traveling will be delivered to the official tour manager upon payment of the initial tour deposits.

The ticket stubs are collected by the official tour manager of that team and returned to Global Team Travel. There they will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw. Players keep 100% of the donations collected.

All completed ticket stubs must be received by Global Team Travel within the prescribed deadlines to be eligible for the Grand Prize Draw.

Including 2 flights, 4 nights at a 3* star hotel accommodation including breakfast, airport meet & greet and transfer to hotel.

Grand Prize Conditions:

• Winners must be US citizens or permanent residents - at least one adult of 21+ years old must travel.
• Departure must be from major gateway cities only. No stopovers en route. The trip must include a Saturday night stay.
• The tour must be booked at least 45 days before departure, and the flights are subject to availability within the promotional fare category. Flights on certain dates may not be available and alternate airport and/or substitute dates will be offered. The itinerary cannot be modified once booked.
• Winners may be requested to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability.
• All applicable State, Federal or Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• Winners must allow the use of their names without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Employees of Global Team Travel, their families or advertising agencies within this promotion are not allowed to participate.
• Global Team Travel, or other co-sponsors, are not liable for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by utilization of these Prizes. If prize notification or attempted notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeit.
• Offer void where prohibited by law.
• Up to 20 entries per person allowed.
• Global Team Travel reserves the right to amend and interpret the above rules.
